Q. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES?
Prices depend on many variants, but you can be certain that you are getting a great value for your design project. We have found that clients enjoy the design process so much more when they understand their investment from the start. Because of this, Cam Creative works off of pre-set pricing. Whether it be logo design, a la cart print assets or a created-just-for-you boutique branding project, we are able to give you an accurate estimate based on our mutual understanding of your project requirements. We have standard packages to choose from, but we can always create something budget-based. If we want to think outside the box, you can’t be stuck inside one.
Q. HOW DOES YOUR LOGO DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
During our initial logo consultation, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. Sometimes the client already has a particular design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want or they like particular pieces from an array of concepts. Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our logo design service is very straight forward. If you’d like to see extra concepts after the guaranteed initial ideas have been presented, or if you need a couple logo designs for multiple companies, our service can be priced according to your needs.
Q. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you digitally via dropbox or through e-mail. Flash drives may be requested for a minimal fee. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
Q. HOW DO I CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY DESIGN PROJECT?
We will already have a completion date in mind when you book. We may be able to place a job on a rush if necessary, based of course on your needs and our workload. Once the project deposit is received, the normal turnaround for logo design is 7-14 days. Print assets are typically completed within 3-5 days. Clean, modern websites are currently on a 4-6 week time frame. In order to complete a beautiful project efficiently, we count on the client to be responsive and available by method(s) discussed prior to the project begins.
Q. DO I GET A VECTOR FILE FOR MY LOGO ONCE CREATED?
YES, you may get eps (vector), jpeg, png, and a pdf if you wish. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, promo items - and any other designs your business may require.
Q. WHAT IS THE CLIENT’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE DESIGN PROCESS?
Cam Creative is a boutique design studio. We listen to our clients from the start. We encourage new clients to submit any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. Colors and typography are absolutely integral to brand identity, so we will ask our client to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design concepts are ready for view, we will send these to the client for review. When a final concept is selected and proof approved, it will be sent to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be altered or cancelled. At the conclusion of project production and final payment, the client may request the artwork in various formats.
